With this product we target at delivering a B2C and B2B services.

  1. Revenue Streams: Platform earns from listing fees, sales commissions, and optional staking lock-in or premium placement.

  2. Vendor Benefits: Access to crypto-native customers and large community customers based, low-cost transparent fees, and additional rewards via staking.

  3. Customer Benefits: Ability to pay in crypto, lower transaction costs compared to traditional payment methods (crypto tax fees can be <1% versus 3–5% for credit cards).

Businesses can also list their merchandise on our eCommerce marketplace, enabling smooth sales while generating additional revenue in cryptocurrency. The proceeds from these sales can be used as a hedge or as part of a crypto asset reserve, securely stored in the company’s own external wallets. For security reasons, businesses are required to use wallets outside of the platform’s built-in wallet to manage their funds.

STORE MODEL

Vendor Onboarding & Dashboard: Vendors register via a streamlined flow; receive access to a dashboard where they manage listings, payouts, and staking. This mirrors flows in platforms like Commerce tools’ MVM extension.

Product Approval Workflow: Optional admin approval or auto-publish; vendors manage product data, inventory, and pricing.

Order Flow: Customers can place orders and pay using cryptocurrency. Payments are processed on supported blockchains coins or $SYSL token, and vendor payouts can be configured to be automatic or delayed. for instance, released immediately or only after a set number of product order devlivery confirmations or buyers confirmed that their product has been recieved in the Discord channel dedicated to this course.

If a buyers fails to confirm order within 2 weeks max and 1 week minimum which should not have exceeded that time frame of delivery, and the vendors provides solid proof that order has been delivered to the said location a part payment of 70% for their product will be released to the vendor and a part payment will be added to the $SYSL staking liquidity pool. Until the issue has been resolved.
